Position: Estate Planning Paralegal

ZELL LAW a dynamic, growing estate and business planning law firm located in Reston, VA is seeking a Paralegal with 4+ of experience in estate planning and estate and trust administrationin Maryland, Virginia and/or the District of Columbia.   Position includes extensive client interaction and responsibility for:

• drafting initial estate planning documents;
• coordinating trust administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts; and
• assisting with the administration and final distribution of the estate including preparing inventories and accountings as well as preparing estate tax returns, state inheritance tax returns, and final income tax returns.

Candidates must be motivated, self-starters with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (written and oral).  Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree and a Paralegal Certificate.  Candidates must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and on line research programs.
