Cathy Gabbay, Client Liaison

Cathy is a Client Liaison and Marketing Assistant for Zell Law. Her focus at our firm is to work with our clients in making sure they receive outstanding customer service. She is responsible for providing prompt and accurate communication to our clients and referral sources. In addition, Cathy is involved in developing and maintaining relationships with our referral sources and keeping them up to date on new activities at Zell Law.

Prior to joining Zell Law, Cathy was an account manager for a marketing and communications firm that worked with various federal agencies. Her responsibilities included coordinating and developing electronic and print materials for the recruitment of health care professionals. Her daily responsibilities included trying to meet the clients' requests while coordinating the operations of the internal staff of the marketing agency.

In addition to her recent position, Cathy has over 17 years of experience working in customer relations and contract negotiations with health care providers and insurance companies. Her experience in health care provides her with the necessary communication tools to meet the needs of our clients and referral sources.

Cathy has a Master's Degree in Health Administration from Duke University, and a B.A. from Albany University. She lives in Herndon with her husband and their two active twin boys.
