Wayne M. Zell, Esq., is the CEO and Managing Member of Zell Law and Founder of Aspire to Exit. He has been advising clients for over 30 years on business succession and estate planning. Wayne, a CExP (Certified Exit Planner) is an expert in complex estate planning, business planning, taxation, and business exit strategies.

Lorri's background in finance, technology and HR makes her ideally suited to lead the operations of our technology forward, employee empowered, client centered business. Lorri lives, works & plays in Reston with her husband, Wayne and their four dogs.

With a strong desire to help clients plan for the future, Todd Spignardo, Esq. concentrates his law expertise on the practice of trust and estates law and business planning.

Sebastian is a new attorney at Zell Law serving both Estate and Business Planning clients. He is a recent law school graduate from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where he completed both the Intellectual Property Law and Business Law tracks. During his coursework, Sebastian participated in the IP and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he helped Maryland clients obtain trademark protection by conducting comprehensive trademark searches and filing applications with the USPTO. Sebastian is admitted to practice in Virginia.

Mr. Adler focuses his practice on complex litigation matters and has experience in a broad range of civil litigation at both the trial court and appellate levels.

Tara McCabe earned her Paralegal Certification from George Mason University in 2014 and comes to Zell Law with over 11 years of experience that includes working with attorneys to draft estate plans for individuals, couples and families. Tara is a ...

Arya Jian-Najar is a legal assistant supporting the Zell Law team and estate planning clients. She has experience copy editing for her alma mater’s student newspaper, The Cavalier Daily, and has previously completed internships in marketing and market research.

Alexandra has experience in client relations from various internships and positions held in organizations from her alma mater. She aspires to apply research and analysis capabilities to specific conflicts in the U.S government sector.

Catt Parker is Marketing Director at Zell Law, with responsibility for brand management, social media management, events, and creating/managing advertising campaigns.
